Through March 1st Content Application Systems is offering a 1 day assessment of your existing or proposed Enterprise Content Management system. This includes Case Management, Business Process Management, Document Management, E-Discovery and Records Retention. The assessment includes meeting with our lead consultant(s) to aid with strategically aligning your various ECM initiatives and creation of a road map based on industry best practices. As part of our consulting practice we routinely l
ead workshops with our customers bringing key people in the business together to document the various requirements across the various organizational units. From those discussions we then filter that up to management and key executives to align those requirements around the strategic goals of the organization. Finally, we create a road-map outlining the steps needed to achieve those goals while meeting the requirements of the individual business units.
For customers who already have a Document Management or ECM solution in place we will review the existing solution and benchmark it against the industry standards. Through the process we will address both technical issues such as performance and accommodating growth as well as changing business requirements and compliance issues. The final assessment includes a gap analysis, infrastructure recommendations, upgrade path, and a road map to continue to improve capabilities.
